The 1st owner purchased and maintained it with Authorized YAMAHA and PARKER Dealer in Deale, MD. It was used lightly for local excursions and family outings in the Chesapeake Bay. Current owner (2nd owner) purchased the boat from the original owner and outfitted it with all new extensive top shelf electronics and equipment in 2012, 2013 and 2014, which can be seen in the pictures. It's also a USCG Documented vessel.1998 PARKER 2530 was purchased new from Tri-State Marine, and is a rare extended cabin model powered by a 1998 Yamaha Satwater Series ll (2-stroke) low hours 325.USCG Licensed Captain owned and maintained. All new electronics: dual VHF radio systems; one with extra AIS and hailer functions, Lowrance Side Scan Sonar, fish & depth finder and GPS, new Ray Marine digital radar with separate GPS, Chart Plotting, Auto Pilot and depth & fish finder functions, 2014 Vetus bow thruster for difficult docking, Trim Tabs, SIRIUS Radio dual cabin speakers. All safety required equipment such as horn, fire extinguishers and navigational lighting. Cabin side windows open with screens. Comfortable helm seat, dash instruments (monitor fuel, DC system, etc...) & hydraulic steering. 2014 installation of separate starting batteries and additional separate heavy duty house banks for equipment, bow thruster and backup. New electric windlass and bow pulpit installed 2012. New cabin top SS rocket launcher. Setup for fishing, capability of towing 16 lines. New wash down pump for fresh water system. Wired for 12VDC, with new 125VAC thru hull connection, circuit breakers & meter powering new multi-monitored battery charger. Compass, Portable head, can sleep two in forward cabin, stern ladder, swim platform forward cabin top clear hatch & side opening port lights, helm opening windshield & wiper. Table folds down for an additional sleeping space. Cushions are all in good/better condition.
